Four Greater Cincinnati players were named first-team All-Ohio in Division I. They were all on the field for a regional final in late May between Lakota West and Oak Hills.

Lakota West seniors K.K. Mathis and Belle Hummel were both first-team selections from the state-champion Firebirds. Mathis finished as the Greater Miami Conference leader in batting average (.600) and home runs (10) and was second in RBIs (55) after going 5-for-7 with a homer, two doubles and six RBIs in two state tournament wins. The James Madison University signee was also 22-3 in the circle with a 2.05 ERA. She was named the GMC athlete of the year for the second-straight season.

Outfield Belle Hummel, an Ohio University signee, was also named first-team All-Ohio. She led the GMC in hits (61), runs scored (58) and stolen bases (42) to go with 18 extra-base hits (nine doubles, nine triples) and 25 RBIs.

Oak Hills' junior Avery Gottlieb was named first-team All-Ohio and earned GMC pitcher of the year honors for the second consecutive spring. Gottlieb led the conference with 23 wins and 227 strikeouts while posting a 1.10 ERA. Fellow junior Niki Bode was first-team for the Highlanders after hitting .537 with nine doubles, six homers and 31 RBIs.

The top-two pitchers in the Cincinnati Hills League were first-team All-Ohio selections in Taylor's Camrynn Linneman (Division II) and Reading's Savannah Smith (Division III). Linneman, a sophomore, was 12-4 with a 0.78 ERA and 208 strikeouts. Smith, a junior, was 15-3 with a 1.45 ERA and 221 strikeouts. Ross pitcher Alyana Crouch (Division II) and Georgetown pitcher Rylyn Dyer (Division III) were also first-team selections.
