See inactives for the Tennessee Titans' game vs. Buffalo Bills

Both the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills will be without starters in Monday's game.

Titans cornerback Kristian Fulton (hamstring) was ruled out by Mike Vrabel on Saturday and is inactive. Though not a starter, backup running back Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) is also inactive one week after catching two touchdown passes in the Titans' Week 1 loss to the New York Giants.

For the Bills, starting receiver Gabe Davis is inactive with an ankle injury after landing on the injury report over the weekend. Davis had a good performance Week 1 at the Rams, catching four passes for 88 yards with a touchdown. Defensive lineman Ed Oliver (ankle) is also out after suffering an injury in Week 1.
