The Indianapolis Colts visit the Tennessee Titans in NFL Week 7 action with the AFC South lead on the line. The game has added importance for the Colts (3-2-1) because this is their fifth in-division matchup, including a Week 4 loss to the Titans (3-2).

The Titans have some distinct advantages going in: four straight wins in this series, three straight wins overall and they are coming off their bye week.

The Titans are 2.5-point favorites, according to Draft Kings. The over/under is 42 points.

The Colts are 3-3 against the spread, covering the past two weeks. The Colts game went over last weekend for the first time this season. The Colts are 2-0 overall as an underdog.

Tennessee is 3-2 against the spread, covering in the three recent wins. Two Tennessee games have gone over, and three under. All their games have finished within 5 points of the over/under. The Titans are 1-1 overall as the favorite.

Pete Prisco, CBS Sports: Titans 28-20

The Titans, who are coming off a bye, beat the Colts three weeks ago. The Colts won a tough division game against the Jaguars last week, but now head off to face a team that powers the football against them with Derrick Henry. The Titans will do that again here to take a big hold on the division.

Sheil Kapadia, The Ringer: Titans cover

The Colts offense finally looked good last week, as they piled up 434 yards and 29 first downs in a 34-27 win over the Jaguars. Every time the RedZone Channel flashed to that game, QB Matt Ryan was connecting with Michael Pittman Jr. in the middle of the field for a big completion. Ryan was 13-for-16 for 134 yards when targeting Pittman. Was this the game that got the Colts going, or was it just a random blip and they’re going to come back down to earth in Week 7?

I need to see more than one good performance from the Colts before believing in them.

Vinnie Iyer, Sporting News: Colts 24-23

The Colts got their offensive line playing at a high level last week to keep Matt Ryan clean to throw downfield and also spring Deon Jackson to a Jonathan Taylor-like game without Taylor. The Titans will keep running well with Derrick Henry, too, but Taylor's likely return plus Matt Ryan staying sharper than Ryan Tannehill with better weapons makes the slight difference.

Dallas Robinson, Pro Football Network: Titans 24-21

The Titans have roared back into contention with three straight wins, but they’ve largely done it with smoke and mirrors. They’ve been outgained in all three of their victories, including by 100-plus yards in their last two games. Indy’s once-elite run defense has been obliterated in recent weeks, so it’s wheels up for Derrick Henry.

Barry Werner, Yahoo: Titans 31-28

Why are the best teams in the AFC South playing for the second time already in Week 7? This game should be in Week 17 or 18 to determine the division title. The Colts are somehow 3-2-1. They need to put it together for 60 minutes, not 30 or 15. They have yet to show they can do that.

Gregg Rosenthal, NFL.com: Titans 23-20

The Colts didn’t score a touchdown for 110 minutes of game time, then scored four in five possessions against a good Jaguars defense. Was that a turning point for the Colts’ season or a brief flash of brilliance? Even though a season series split is typical for these rivals, I still like the Titans to sweep for three reasons. Their defensive line is better, their quarterback is better and the big runs the Colts gave up last week are worrisome with Derrick Henry coming off a bye.

Bleacher Report: Titans 27-23

The Titans had an extra week to prepare for this matchup while on a bye. Secondly, running back Derrick Henry ran for a season-high 114 yards with a touchdown against the Colts in Week 4.

Vic Tafur, The Athletic: Colts cover the spread

The Colts couldn’t slow down Derrick Henry in the 24-17 loss to the Titans three weeks ago, but they are getting Shaquille Leonard and Kwity Paye back. And Grover Stewart is becoming one of the better nose tackles in the game. While Mike Vrabel has done a great job with the overachieving Titans, they are seriously due for a regression in the red zone. Tennessee’s 92.3 percent red zone touchdown rate is the highest for any team through six games dating back to 2000. (Only the Titans and Cowboys have scored on all of their red zone drives, with Tennessee’s 12 touchdowns to one field goal ratio a lot better than Dallas’ seven TDs and seven FGs.)
