The Cardboard Regatta took place on Sunday afternoon at the Wichita Riverfest. Contestants were given 90 minutes to construct a vessel using only the items they were given: cardboard, duct tape, pool noodles and a box cutter. The contestants were then timed to see how fast they made it to the finish line. Several boats sunk quickly.
