SEE IT: Prince William’s kids ask naturalist David Attenborough questions about animals

They’re a bit more polite than the British tabloid press.

The young children of Prince William and Kate Middleton got the chance to lob hard-hitting questions at celebrated English naturalist David Attenborough in an adorable 153-second video published by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on Saturday.

“What animal do you think will become extinct next?" grilled George, 7, in the first question of the virtual interrogation.

Attenborough, 94, dodged the premise, saying he hopes the most at-risk creatures will be protected through aggressive conservation.

Charlotte, 5, asked the broadcaster if he likes spiders. The animal-loving nonagenarian answered the tot in the affirmative, noting that he’s fascinated by watching the arthropods arrange their webs.

Louis, all of 2 and dressed in a stripy shirt, asked Attenborough which animal is his favorite.

Attenborough expressed his appreciation for monkeys.

“Because they’re such fun,” he said. “They can jump all over the place.”
