See the spring 2022 Parade of Homes winners in Polk County

The 2022 Spring Parade of Homes, hosted by the Polk County Builders Association, opened last week, and tours continue this weekend around the county.

The Spring Parade of Homes features 12 new homes, ranging in price from $330,120 to $900,000, and one landscaping entry. Judges picked homes of the year in eight pricing categories in Polk County with five special feature subcategories in each pricing category: best exterior; best floor plan; best kitchen; best master bath and best overall quality.

The Parade of Homes tours continue Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A comprehensive guidebook, including maps and photos is available at the Polk County Builders Association, 2232 Heritage Drive in Lakeland. The Home of the Year goes to Casa Fresca Homes with "The Valeria Model" in Pinnacle Point subdivision in Lakeland which swept all categories of best exterior, best floor plan, best kitchen, best master bath and best overall quality.

The Spring 2022 Pool of Year goes to McDowell Landscaping Services located at the Vivian Jean, built by Built By Waters.
