See Vanderbilt football TD pass vs. Kentucky to end 26-game SEC losing streak
The streak is over for Vanderbilt football.
Vanderbilt stunned No. 24 Kentucky 24-21 on Saturday, taking its final lead with an 8-yard touchdown pass from Mike Wright to Will Sheppard with 32 seconds remaining.
It was the Commodores' first SEC win since beating No. 22 Missouri 21-14 on Oct. 19, 2019, snapping a streak of 26 consecutive SEC losses.
It was also the first SEC win under second-year coach Clark Lea.
