See Volusia County power outage map as Tropical Storm Nicole impacts Florida

Power outages are expected across parts of Florida's east coast as Tropical Storm Nicole moves into the area. As of about 8 a.m. Thursday, power companies reported the following number of households without electricity:

  • Volusia County: 31,510, or about 10% of the power company’s total customer count of 192,204

  • Flagler: 202, or about 0%

  • Putnam: 3,142, or about

  • Marion: 2,081 or about 1%

  • Seminole: 7,420 or about 3%

  • Brevard: 88,893 or about 27%
