Her vaccinations are already up to date, and she's been spayed. She has work to do on house training etiquette.

From Dixie's caretaker:

Sweet Dixie here. I mean, just look at my face. Who could resist a face like this. I'm good with kids of all ages. I'm really smart. I know the sit come and drop it commands. I know I can learn more. I'm active, affectionate, playful and friendly. I like walks, car rides and cuddles while watching TV and just hanging out with people. I'm an inside dog. I'm dog selective so slow introductions. I prefer male dogs. I'm current with all vaccinations and available for immediate adoption!

Duke, German shepherd

Duke is a male German shepherd dog being kept at German Shepherd Rescue and Adoption.

Duke plays well with others — he's happy to keep company with other dogs. His vaccinations aren't up to date quite yet, but he's been neutered. Have no fear: he is already house trained.

From Duke's caretaker:

Hi my name is Duke and like a lot of pups that end up in rescue my past is sad. After my owner died I was tied to a tree by other family members that said they would "take care of me." I was just a baby and very scared being by myself. Thankfully a good Samaritan heard about me and convinced the family to let them help me find a rescue, they got me off the chain and started my rehabilitation and then asked GSRA for help. So now I am a proud member of the GSRA family. I am living with a foster family and LOVE to play with my foster sister. We chase and wrestle all day. I am still a little scared of people but if you spend just a little time with me showing me that you are not going to hurt me I will be your best friend very quickly.

Bella, German shepherd

Bella is a female German shepherd dog being kept at German Shepherd Rescue and Adoption.

Bella is ready to make friends — she's happy to keep company with other dogs. Her vaccinations aren't up to date quite yet, but she's been spayed.

From Bella's caretaker:

Meet Miss Bella, or otherwise known as Bella The Beautiful! Bella is looking for the family of her dreams...could that be you???? Bella is a friendly girl that LOVES car rides and walks, so much so that if you leave your car door open she will hop right in and give you the look, the look of “Let’s Go See the World!!” If you happen to forget your daily walk, don’t worry Bella will help you remember, she will sit and look at you with her innocent puppy eyes until you remember it’s time for your walk. Bella LOVES her two legged family members, you will never have to worry about losing your shadow, she’s got that covered. Since Bella loves her family so much, she can get anxious when she doesn’t know where they are. Bella is working on learning that those that love her have not abandoned her and will be back. Bella will need a family that is home frequently, patient and willing to work with her on her separation anxiety.

Pluto, Australian shepherd mix

Pluto is a male Australian shepherd mix currently housed at 2 Paws Up.

Pluto is the life of the party — he's happy to keep company with cats, dogs and children. His vaccinations are up to date, and he's been neutered. He's still working on getting house trained.

From Pluto's caretaker:

Pluto is a super handsome Australian Shepherd mix. This distinguished gentleman is around 6 years old, although he doesn't look a day over 2! He has a very sweet and energetic personality. We think he was frequently kept outdoors so he is still mastering potty training. He's a super smart boy so training should be a breeze. He walks pretty well on a leash and does great in his crate at night. He's a fan of other dogs and would do well with a buddy. Pluto is in need of a wonderful home to give him all the love and attention he deserves.
