Have you seen them?: SAPD attempts to identify witnesses in killing behind O’Steen’s

St. Augustine Police Department’s criminal investigations division is attempting to identify the individuals pictured.

They are potential witnesses in the homicide that occurred on February, 2, in the alley behind O’steen’s restaurant and The Pub.

The victim was identified as Jason Mullins and the suspect Vance Wilkins.

Action News Jax reported with continuous updates about the suspect accused of killing Mullins in St. Augustine.
