A new Calabasas estate is on the market, and not only has it housed a celebrity, but two have called it home. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean-style property was once home to singer Selena Gomez—and it's just as impressive as her Fort Worth mansion that was for sale in 2018. When Gomez moved, rapper French Montana scooped up the property for $3.3 million in 2016, according to the LA Times. Now, French Montana is parting ways with the home, listing it with Douglas Eillman Real Estate—but not without doubling the price to $6,599,000(he must have followed these tips to increase the value of your property).

As you can imagine, this estate is nothing short of exceptionally fabulous— after all, for Gomez, the heart wants what it wants. Some highlights: five fireplaces, a gym, a breakfast nook area, a formal dining room, a full bar, a large pantry (though not as deluxe as Kim Kardashian's), a wine cellar, and a chef's island. Also, there's a movie theater inside.

Since purchasing the home from Gomez, Montana added a $400,000 recording studio in the guesthouse and painted over some of the walls. Kitchen appliances include a SubZero fridge and freezer, Wolf range, and dual dishwashers. The home also boasts a built-in surround sound system, security cameras, a 4-zone heating and cooling system, and solar panels.

The master bedroom has two fireplaces—one in front of bed, and another adjacent to the spa-like bath. There's also a sitting area, a steam shower, and an enormous closet.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful courtyard, a full-sized hedge sculpture of an elephant (?? but okay!), and a backyard perfect for entertaining—it's complete with a pool, spa, cabana, and brick pizza oven. The entire property is part of the Mureau Estates gated community, home to a total of 11 luxury estates (basically, it's ideal for an A-lister trying to escape the public eye). Gabriel Palmrot holds the listing.
