Semi-Truck Slides on Black Ice Off Oregon Interstate
A semi-truck slid on black ice off the I-395 into a pile of snow north of Lakeview, Oregon, on the morning of December 27.
An Oregon State Police Trooper, who happened to be passing the semi-truck at the time, captured this footage of the moment on his dashcam.
In a Facebook post, the department said, “There was no excessive traffic, the truck was not speeding, there were no high winds, it was just black ice that caused this Commercial Motor Vehicle to slide off the roadway and onto its side.”
