Semitruck overturns and kills driver on I-4 ramp in Osceola County

Drivers in Osceola County are asked to use caution after a deadly crash Wednesday morning.

Troopers said a semitruck driver was killed in a crash on the westbound Interstate 4 exit ramp to eastbound Osceola Parkway in the area of mile marker 65 in Kissimmee.

The crash happened around 6:12 a.m. and continues to impact traffic in the area.

The I-4 westbound exit ramp to eastbound Osceola Parkway is closed and the westbound ramp to Osceola Parkway is open.

Troopers said the semitruck driver overturned and collided with the guardrail.

The driver was the only person inside the semitruck and died on the scene.

Drivers are advised to use caution in the area and utilize an alternate route.
