Senate negotiations resume on Build Back Better Bill

After the Thanksgiving recess, Congress returns to Washington to resume negotiations on the House-passed Build Back Better social spending bill. Axios’ Alayna Treene spoke to MSNBC’s Ayman Mohelyeldin about the status of Senate talks, what’s expected to be changed in the Senate version of the bill, and whether it will pass with any Republican votes.
