Fabian Alfonso has joined Duff & Phelps as managing director in the transfer pricing practice. He will be based in Miami, where he will also lead the firm’s service offerings in Latin America. Alfonso was a partner in the international transfer pricing group at BaseFirma.
Brigette Lumpkins has been named a director at EisnerAmper in Miami. She will be responsible for creating strategic growth and maximizing business opportunities throughout Florida. She was previously director of business development at Datum 9 Analytics. Lumpkins has a bachelor’s in psychology and French from Spelman College, a master’s in psychology from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joe Tripodi has joined the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies as executive director of Student/Post-Graduate Support Services. He was at the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design, where he had been director of student services. Bonnie Rayman has been named chief community officer at the David Posnack Jewish Community Center. She was executive director at Temple Dor Dorim. (Bachelor’s from Union College; master’s in education from Lesley University.)
Sean Kramer has been appointed chief executive officer of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation. DRIF’s mission is to provide funding for the Diabetes Research Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Kramer was senior vice president and chief development officer for Parkinson’s Foundation’s Miami and New York offices. Anthony Seijas has joined Altis Cardinal as a principal. He will be based in Miami. He was managing director of the Falcone Group for the previous year and a half. Prior, he was at Rialto Capital Advisors, a Lennar subsidiary, for about 11 years, most recently as managing director. (Bachelor’s in accounting from New York University.)
At Driftwood Capital (formerly Driftwood Acquisitions & Development) in Coral Gables, a privately held real estate firm that focuses on hotel assets:
▪ Nelson Parker was named managing director of development. He was senior vice president of corporate development at Penn National Gaming, a regional casino operator.
▪ David Steiner was named managing director of capital markets. He was at investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was a director in the New York office’s commercial real estate finance group.
▪ Paul Sacco was named chief investment officer. He was executive vice president and president of global development for RLH Corp., a publicly traded hospitality company.

Albert Llodra has been named managing director, Vaco South Florida. He will be based at the company’s Miami office. Vaco is a talent and solutions firm specializing in consulting, recruiting and staffing in technology, accounting and other fields. Llodra was at Llodra Brooks Corp. Tara Maitra has been named chief revenue officer of BDEX. The Fort Lauderdale based data-exchange platform services marketing companies, automotive dealerships, retailers and more. Maitra will oversee all business development initiatives and marketing strategies for the firm. She was senior vice president at TiVo.
