Seniors get free admission to San Diego Zoo Safari Park in February
SAN DIEGO — The San Diego Zoo Safari Park is offering free admission to adults 65 and older for the entire month of February.
Seniors will get free admission to the Safari Park in February to visit by themselves, with their significant other or with their grandkids.
San Diego Zoo Safari Park works to protect heart of 51-year-old gorilla
There are many things to do and see at the safari park, from a walk through Wildlife Trek and a zipline that goes above the park, to a traditional Wildlife Safari and behind the scenes safaris.
Take the Africa Tram to spot herds of giraffes and rhinos, walk with the kangaroos, check out the platypuses at Walkabout Australia, explore the bamboo forests of Tull Family Tiger Trail, and see the botanical collection of more than 1.3 million plants around the park.

Visit some of the parks large birds like the bald eagle, burrowing owl, California condor, stork, crane and flamingos, along with some of the park’s bigger animals like elephants, gorillas, rhinos, lions, and camels, just to name a few.
The San Diego Zoo Safari Park is located at 15500 San Pasqual Valley Road in Escondido.

Adults 65 and older with an ID can get free admission all month long. Parking is not included.

Seniors can visit the park for free every day from Feb. 1-29, 2024. The Safari Park is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
All other months of the year seniors can get a 10% discount on day passes.
