  • Serena Williams flexed her strong arms and core in a new post on Instagram.

  • In the photo, the tennis star posed alongside her 4-year-old daughter, Alexis Olympia in colorful matching Nike tennis outfits.

  • Aside from crushing it on the courts, Serena stays fit by using her protein and veggie-based meals to help her achieve her goals.

The twinning moments between Serena Williams and her daughter Alexis Olympia just keep on coming. The 40-year-old posed next to her daughter wearing matching red, pink, and black Nike one-pieces.

Serena captioned her photo, "Next ?"

Her fans were swooning over how adorable their twinning moment was with one user commenting, "Legend raising a young legend 🙌🏾." Another added, "This is the cutest ❤️❤️." A third user replied to Serena saying, "Yep, she's got next!👍"

Honestly, with the way things are looking, I wouldn't be surprised if a few years down the line we saw the duo training together (Alexis has already picked up a tennis racket BTW).

The tennis GOAT is a big fan of sharing her favorite mother-daughter moments (twinning or not) on Instagram. In the past, they've worn everything from swimsuits to Disney princess dresses together.

They even took their matching fashion sense to TikTok back in September while dancing around to Dua Lipa's "Levitating."

Don't get me wrong, I'm totally here for how cute Serena and her daughter look together, but I can't get over how toned Serena's arms and abs look. And while we all know what she likes to do to get active and stay fit (think her casual 23 Grand Slam titles), let's breakdown what we know about her diet.

Just last year Serena told Women’s Health that she thinks about food in a way that makes her ask what can it do for her. "My philosophy is eat to live. Don't live to eat," she said. "I want to have a healthy lifestyle and, so you know, [I'm eating] a lot of greens and mostly plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff."

Serena also explained that while cravings are definitely a real thing, she thinks of her meals as a steppingstone to reach her fitness goals. “You need it to survive. And [that's] very hard to live by, cause I definitely love to snack, but this is what I want. These are my goals,” she said.

She also admitted to sometimes skipping breakfast due to running around with Olympia or simply forgetting. Other times, she says she's simply not hungry.

But for lunch and dinner, Serena stacks up on greens and protein, like a bean burger or gluten-free bean burrito. And when she's out of ideas, she looks to social media. "I get inspired by what I see on Instagram," she says, "and I love making it."

Serena is down to eat most foods such as pasta (while she trains), fruits and veggies, and even the occasional Moon Pie. But what you won't see on her plate is beef and avocados. "I usually like to have lots of greens before my match and then fruit actually, and a little carbs and some sort of a protein. So I try to knock them [her food groups] all out in one."

Truly a queen on and off the court.
