Session 2023 opens to tackle crime, child poverty

Members of the Maryland General Assembly expressed excitement over starting the 2023 legislative session with a pre-COVID-19 feel. He will be pushing for a state law that shortens the time when people are reported to the courts after skipping out on home detention.
