Seth Rogen Lists West Hollywood Bungalow

·2 min read

Seth Rogen has been having a busy year, real estate–wise. Just months after buying a $3 million Hollywood Hills home to add onto their existing seven-acre estate, the actor and his wife, director Lauren Miller Rogen, are looking to offload their longtime West Hollywood bungalow. The Spanish-style house is currently listed for $2.125 million, and was originally purchased by Rogen for $1.65 million in 2006.

Set behind high hedges, the 1920s home retains some of its original period detailing, including rope-like ceiling moldings and arched French doors, while also featuring some more modern upgrades, such as new cabinetry and built-ins. The living room is an airy, light-filled space, with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and two sets of French doors that open out onto the grounds. From there, a unique set of spiral columns frame arched doorways lead into the dining room, which has both a wood-block table situated under a modern globular chandelier and a second wood-block table framed by a built-in banquet and set against a brick wall.

Three of the bungalow’s four bedrooms are located on the main floor, and at least two of the rooms also feature French doors that lead directly to the backyard. The main suite takes up the entirety of the second floor, and has an angled brick fireplace, a sitting area, and a vaulted ceiling. The en suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, with wood built-ins, a large square Jacuzzi-style tub, and an oversize glass-lined shower. The backyard is meant for entertaining, boasting a covered deck with built-in seating, a gas fireplace, a built-in grill, a dining pergola, a koi pond, and a tile-accented brick fire pit with cushioned banquette seating. In addition to purchasing property in Hollywood Hills earlier this year, the Rogens also listed a West Hollywood duplex for $1.6 million in April and bought a Spanish Revival–style cottage in the same neighborhood for $1.93 million that same month.
