A little girl with a big personality dressed up as the Little Mermaid to pay tribute to Halle Bailey, the star of Disney’s forthcoming live-action remake of the classic tale.

Kenya White’s daughter Rosie loves to portray trailblazing black women, and her latest incarnation will appear in the 2023 release.

“To the little girls who are just like me, I want you to know that you can be a princess in every single way,” Rosie says in the video.
