Several Hospitalized in Multi-House Boston Fire

Several people were taken to hospital after a building caught fire in East Boston around 5 am on Tuesday, April 2, with the blaze soon affecting at least two more houses.

Citing emergency medical services, a local journalist said that at least five people were taken to hospital.

The close proximity of the houses “caused the fire to spread to the house next door and to the building in the rear,” the Boston Fire Department said. Credit: Boston Fire Department via Storyful
