Several strikes on central Kharkiv; a civilian injured

Russian forces have struck central Kharkiv several times, injuring at least one civilian.

Quote: "There have been several powerful strikes on the central district. So far, one person is known to have been injured. I hope that this number does not rise. The SES [State Emergency Service of Ukraine] is already at work."

Details: Terekhov urged Kharkiv residents to remain in shelters.

Later, he published a photo of the results of the occupier's shelling. He said that the occupiers had damaged the O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy: "Windows were broken in the university and in the houses opposite, [there is] a deep crater in front of the entrance to the educational institution, and a monument to the scientist was damaged."

Terekhov added that firstly the Russians shelled a residential building.

Earlier: On the night of 22-23 July, explosions were also heard in the city of Mykolaiv.
