At least 11 people were killed in a shooting at a school in the Russian city of Kazan on May 11, state news agency RIA Novosti reported.
According to local reports, two teenagers opened fire in school No. 175 in the southwest region of Tatarstan on Tuesday morning. One of them was detained, reports said.
Local media reported that students were among the dead.
Footage posted to social media showed chaotic scenes at the school, including people jumping from windows and a heavy police presence.
