Several new restaurants coming to Folsom Palladio later this year

(FOX40.COM) — Less than a year after receiving some upgrades, the Folsom Palladio has announced that it is adding even more stores and restaurants to its already expansive catalog in 2024.

On Thursday, the outdoor shopping center said restaurants such as Shake Shack, Pier 50 Sushi, and Dave and Busters will be open for business between the spring and fall seasons of this year. Additionally, Tru Bowl, a superfood café that specializes in acai bowls and smoothies, will open during the summer.

Gloria Wright, the general manager at Palladio, said, “The Palladio is recruiting the tenants that appeal to customers who value social interaction shopping, dining in-person, and making a day of gathering with friends for an outdoor concert and a movie.”

She continued, “This winning strategy has resulted in a surge in sales and increased occupancy rates, and a strong interest among national franchises such as Shake Shack to open their stores and restaurants at the Palladio.”

Joining the restaurant is national retailer Box Lunch, which specializes in “pop-culture-themed products” offering apparel, accessories, home goods, novelty items and collectibles. The store will open on Feb. 23.

Shake Shack and Pier 50 Sushi’s openings are planned for the fall of 2024, while Dave and Busters is expected to open in the spring.

The Folsom Palladio is located at 410 Palladio Parkway in Folsom, California. The shopping center is open from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
