Severe winds and heavy rain lashed South Dakota’s east as a derecho swept the region on Tuesday, July 5.
Footage by storm chaser Justin Lewis offers a glimpse into conditions in the rural town of Howard, a little more than an hour’s drive northwest of Sioux Falls.
