Sex and the City’s Blair Underwood marries partner in "soul-touching" ceremony

Sex and the City actor Blair Underwood has married his partner Josie Hart in an intimate wedding ceremony in the Caribbean.
Underwood wore an evening jacket with linen vest, while Hart wore a two-in-one gown and a cathedral length train for the wedding, which also included a cocktail reception of Dominican food and prosecco.
Tony Terry turned up as a surprise to Hart to sing his song 'With You' as fireworks lit up the sky, followed by a DJ playing music into the night.

Speaking to People, which also has exclusive photos of the wedding, Underwood said: "The first time I saw her in the dress, she looked like a princess.
"She was so beautiful. The deep emotions that were displayed during the ceremony, the lightness and fun of the reception, it all felt humbling because it all just fell into place. It was amazing."
"I've been very involved," he added. "I'm a Virgo and a bit of a perfectionist, so I like to make sure details are taken care of."
Hart said that the day was "surreal and magical", stating: "His vows, to hear him say the words he said to me for our forever was incredible.
"Between our children and all of them giving toasts, the fireworks right after our first dance, the entire day was just beyond my expectations."

100 guests attended the wedding, including The Upshaws actress Kim Fields, who is quoted as saying: "It was a beautiful, soul-touching celebration of kindred spirits, love and family, as incredible as Josie and as phenomenal as Blair."
The couple first met when Underwood was just 16, over 40 years ago. Living far apart meant they didn't get to see each other often, but they started dating after their marriages to other people ended.
In addition to playing Dr Robert Leeds in Sex and the City, Underwood is also known for roles in Dear White People, Agents of SHIELD, and Quantico.
