Comment: The 6-foot guard made history last Thursday when he became the sixth Enterprise player to score over 1,000 points. Lewis-Cooper reached the benchmark by scoring 20 points and helped lead Enterprise to a win over crosstown rival Shasta 64-40. Lewis-Cooper earlier in the week tied his career high by scoring 28 points in a road win over Chico 52-37. Enterprise has won two straight games and will battle Foothill on the road for control over second place in the Eastern Athletic League on Saturday. The Hornets are 13-6 overall and hold a 3-1 EAL record.

Comment: Lain played with force last week, leading Central Valley to wins over defending CIF Northern Section Division IV champion West Valley and CIF Northern Section Division IV runner-up U-Prep. The 5-foot-4 guard finished with 15 points against U-Prep last Saturday and 19 points against West Valley last Friday. Central Valley is 16-5 overall and 3-2 in Northern Athletic League play. The Falcons with six games left to play will have their first winning record since 2012. Central Valley is scheduled to play Foothill at home on Saturday.
