Shawn Mendes was scheduled to perform at Value City Arena on Oct. 18, but the concert has been canceled.

Back on the road for the first time since the pandemic ended, Mendes posted on his social media accounts saying he was "not at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away."

The pop singer has canceled the rest of his tour not only in the U.S., but also in Europe and the United Kingdom.

Those who purchased the tickets will automatically get a refund, according to Ticketmaster. Refuns will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the event organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.
