A’Shawn Robinson’s visit with Giants went well, signing still possible

A’Shawn Robinson spent the last three years with the Los Angeles Rams but there are no indications right now that he’ll be back for a fourth season. Robinson is a free agent and currently exploring the market, taking a visit with the New York Giants on Monday.

No deal came to fruition, but that doesn’t mean Robinson won’t still sign with the Giants. According to Art Stapleton of NorthJersey.com, the visit between Robinson and the Giants went well and a “signing is still possible.”

Robinson has not taken another reported visit yet and there has been no movement on a potential deal with the Rams.

Robinson was limited to eight games in 2020 due to a medical condition and he also missed seven games last season with a torn meniscus. Still a great run defender on the interior, Robinson will provide value on first and second down for whichever team he lands with.
