From Rosewood to motherhood! Pretty Little Liars alum Shay Mitchell considers co-star Troian Bellisario her mom guru. The actress and Béis entrepreneur welcomed daughter Atlas with boyfriend Matte Babel last month — so, understandably, she occasionally needs to bend the ear of a friend who’s been through the newborn phase. And, well, that person is Spencer, er, Bellisario.

At REVOLVE’s 3rd Annual #REVOLVEawards 2019 in Los Angeles on Friday, Mitchell gave her first on-camera interview as a new mom. When asked by ET’s Katie Krause which PLL costars have met baby Atlas so far, Mitchell revealed, “Troian Bellisario. She has been the person I’ve gone to for the most advice, obviously having a daughter of her own.” The new mama went on to gush about just how fortunate she feels to have her fellow former Liar to lean on in motherhood. “I’m the luckiest person in the world. She is not only such an incredible person but the best mom ever. And so to have her give me advice is, like, more than I could ever ask for.”

Bellisario and Suits star Patrick J. Adams, who married in December 2016, welcomed daughter Aurora Adams in 2018. And according to Mitchell, “it’s the best” knowing they’ll get to raise their daughters together.

Wondering how involved the other fellow former Liars are in Mitchell’s life as a new mom? Per her interview with ET, Atlas hasn’t yet been visited by Ashley Benson (Hanna), Lucy Hale (Aria), Sasha Pieterse (Alison) or Janel Parrish (Mona). However, Mitchell promises “the other girls will definitely be meeting her soon.” The tight-knit group has remained close since PLL ended in 2017, often popping up in photos on each other’s social media feeds.

Since Atlas only just came into the world, she has plenty of time yet to meet her pretty little aunties. For now, Mitchell is leaning on Bellisario when she can and, in general, just adapting to her new reality. “[What’s surprised me is] just how little sleep you actually need to function, so that is what I’ve learned,” she told ET. “And just to stop everything and really take it all in, because they do grow so fast. So that’s what I’m trying to do.”
