Shelling destroys residential building in Kherson

“Russian occupiers shelled a residential area of the city using artillery and multiple rocket launchers. Due to the shelling, a multi-story residential building caught fire,” Yanushevych said in a post on social media.
He added that missiles also got at a children's playground.
Much of Ukraine on Thursday remained without heat or power after the most devastating Russian air strikes on its energy grid so far.
