An unnamed 17-year-old male was charged with attempted murder and participating in a riot connected to the Oct. 24 incident.

Glenda Reighard, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with participating in a riot, using false information in acquiring a weapon, and a serious misdemeanor for transfer of a pistol or revolver to a person under 21. Criminal complaints show Reighard acquired the gun on Oct. 2.

When the individuals left a residence, the suspects followed them to the Highway 6 and Park Road roundabout area in Tiffin. The suspects shots the victim’s vehicle at least six times, criminal complaints reveal, though no one was hit by gunfire.

At a later point, the suspects were in the yard of one of the victims and the majority of the them wore ski masks, according to criminal complaints.
