Shiou Chieh Kai to marry Alyssa Chia in August
20 Jul - Taiwanese actor Shiou Chieh Kai revealed that he and pregnant girlfriend, Alyssa Chia, will be tying the knot in August.
As reported on Hi News, the actor, who attended a promotional event of his new drama "Bitter Sweet" recently, revealed that he and the actress will register their marriage in August this year, and will be holding their reception in March before his national service enlistment.
Shiou also disclosed that the wedding might not be held in Taiwan, though Alyssa has planned to invite as many friends as possible.
The couple is expected to welcome their baby in early September.
Shiou also revealed that he has been getting more endorsement deals concerning home products since Alyssa's pregnancy.
40-year-old Alyssa and 32-year-old Shiou were introduced to each other by the actress' younger brother last year, and started dating after the actor initially offered to train her for a race event.
