‘Shoot me then’: Florida men arrested after Grindr threesome goes wrong, police say

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two Florida men were arrested on Monday after they offered a man money for sex and tried to get it back.

On Easter Sunday, authorities were called to a home on 15th Street in Miami after two men, identified as Yoandry Mora Martinez, 25, and Ludwing Duvan Ramirez, 26, called police and said they had been robbed.

Police spoke with the victim, who said he’d been talking with one of the men on Grindr and was offered $160 to have sex with them on Sunday night.

The victim agreed, but when he went to their home to have sex, things took a turn.

The victim said Ramirez “had erectile dysfunction,” and the threesome abruptly ended. That’s when Martinez demanded his $80 deposit back.

An argument ensued, and Martinez “pulled a toy revolver to the victim’s head” and told him, “You’re not going anywhere; I want my money,” in Spanish.

“I’m not (giving) you anything,” the victim replied. “Shoot me then.”

Martinez started hitting the victim, and the pair pinned him down before calling the police.

“The victim was able to provide proof for the conversation on Grindr and Zelle transaction,” the arrest report said.

Both Martinez and Ramirez were arrested and taken to jail for false imprisonment with a deadly weapon and battery.

According to documents, Ramirez, a Colombian national, was taken to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Immigration and Customers Enforcement hold. He’s being held on a $2,000 bond.

Martinez, who’s from Cuba, was taken to TGK on the same $2,000 bond but with no immigration hold. As of this report, it appears the 25-year-old has bonded out.
