Budget-conscious parents can save a few bucks by shopping at a consignment 'pop-up' event this weekend.

The Just Between Friends pop-up marketplace will sell gently-used children, baby, maternity clothing and gear at it's spring season consignment sale at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert Friday and Saturday.

Shop a plethora of goods at 50-90% off retail prices.

Just Between Friends (JBF) is North America’s largest and leading children’s and maternity pop-up consignment community marketplace and is the only franchise in this vertical to employ an industry-leading safety and recall expert.

Just Between Friends ensures that products purchased and sold meet mandatory safety standards.

"As families prepare for spring cleaning and inflation continuing to take a toll on personal finances, the pop-up consignment sale serves as a resource to save and make money." The organization said in a press release. Selling goods that no longer fit or have a use allow for the items to be "upcycled rather than ending up in a landfill."

“We are thrilled to be offering the parents in our community an affordable and sustainable option,” said Ashley Elmer, owner of Just Between Friends Poconos. “Additionally, we are excited to be partnering with Angels & Dragonflies Children's Charity, inc. during our sale where sellers can choose to donate their unsold items which then get distributed into the homes of local families in the Poconos.”

The sale, which opened with a presale on Wednesday, continues through Saturday. Register in advance with an online ticket and get free admission. Tickets at the door are $3.

Saturday's sale will include many items that are an additional 50% off, and admission is free.
