Shop selling traditional sugar cane juice quenching Hong Kong thirst for 70 years

A traditional summertime favourite in Hong Kong, sugar cane juice is increasingly hard to find in the city because of limited sugar cane supply. The store uses traditional methods to peel, steam and press the sugar cane with an antique juicer. Ben Tsui, who’s a fourth-generation owner, has been reinventing the business with new products to attract new customers.
