With the 2019-20 NBA season under way, fans are thrilled to have basketball back in their lives. And for the real heads out there, the release of several new signature sneakers is just another thing to get excited about.

We’ve seen new shoes from the usual suspects: Air Jordan, Kyrie, KD and more. But we’ve also seen some releases from brands that have been out of the NBA game for quite some time. It’s certainly an exciting time to be a sneakerhead.

Here are a few of the best sneakers to be released so far this season.

I’d be remiss to start a conversation about basketball sneakers without mentioning the iconic Air Jordan brand. Former Duke star Zion Williamson debuted the latest Jordans after signing the richest sneaker deal for an NBA rookie in Nike’s history. At just 13.3 ounces, the Air Jordan XXXIVs are one of the lightest shoes created by the Jordan brand.
