Shoppers again stock up on paper products, leaving store shelves bare

The scenes from March and April of empty grocery store shelves in the paper products aisles appear to be coming back as rising coronavirus cases have some Marylanders stocking up on particular items. Experts in the grocery industry said there's evidence shoppers are stocking up on toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products. They also said that while restocking supplies have slowed, there is some good news.
