Is it possible to include those words in the same sentence? According to the experts at realtor.com, yes, it is possible. In May, realtor.com announced released its "America’s 10 Most Affordable Beach Towns for Homebuyers in 2023" list and one location in Florida made the cut.

Navarre is beach community foundjust east of Pensacola at the far northwestern tip of the state. It features "12 miles of pristine white shoreline. Nestled between Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity," according to visitflorida.com.

Gulfport, Mississippi was No. 1 on the list for most affordable beach towns for homebuyers.

Why Navarre Florida is considered an affordable place for beach homes

Navarre Beach was recently named one of the nation's best secret beaches in the U.S. The Family Destinations Guide website ranked Navarre as the thirteenth best beach and the only panhandle beach to make its list.
