Maggie Cavanaugh netted 22 points and Rosie Scognamiglio poured in 20 points as the Purple Roses (6-1) outscored the Spartans (5-3) 39-18 in the second half to avoid the upset.

Bella Chebookjian and Kayden Clark posted nine points while Elia Clark, Gamila Betton and Sofia Chebookjian each added eight points for the Spartans.
