LIZZIE KNIGHT: AP ShowBiz Minute. Ann Reinking, the Tony award winning choreographer, actress, and Bob Fosse collaborator has died. She was 71. Reinking who helped spread a cool, muscular hybrid of jazz and burlesque movement to Broadway and beyond died Saturday while visiting family in Seattle, her manager said. No cause of death was disclosed.

A federal appeals court has ruled that a lawsuit filed by the Michael Jackson estate over the HBO documentary about two of the late pop star's sex abuse accusers can go forward in private arbitration. The Ninth Circuit Court Monday ruled in favor of the Jackson estate over the documentary Leaving Neverland, in which two men alleged Jackson molested them as boys.

Santa Claus swam with the sharks at the Aquario Marine Aquarium during their daily fish feeding session on Monday in Rio de Janeiro. As aquarium staff feed the sharks and other sea life, Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and two Christmas gnomes joined them. This is Lizzie Knight with AP ShowBiz Minute.
