Rainy Tuesday calls for umbrellas and sweatshirts

Take the umbrella with you again Tuesday and grab the jacket or sweatshirt too. Temperatures will struggle to get back near 60, and the chilly weather will help to fuel another round of wet weather late day.

Showers will be scattered, but a few rounds of steady rain will be possible early afternoon through sunset.

Another pop-up shower will be possible Wednesday, before the slow-moving storm that’s keeping us damp finally moves out.

A stretch of dry weather will take us into the start of the weekend, but all eyes will be watching the track of Hurricane Ian as it makes landfall in Florida later this week.

Some of the rain from Ian could be pulled north towards our area by this weekend, so stay with Severe Weather Team 11 for the latest updates.
