Missing 2-year-old girl, woman last seen in Austin Monday morning

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department is looking for a 72-year-old woman and a 2-year-old girl last seen early Monday morning.

The Texas Department of Public Safety issued a Silver Alert Monday for Gloria Moore. Journey Johnson, 2, is also missing, APD said.

Moore has a cognitive impairment and her disappearance is a threat to her and Johnson’s health and safety, the release said.

They were last seen around 4:30 a.m. Monday in the 4000 block of River Place Boulevard in a blue and gray 2019 Honda Civic with a temporary Texas license plate, 4722L37.

Moore is described by authorities as a Black woman with black hair and brown eyes. Moore is 5’4″ and weighs approximately 175 pounds.
