Silver Alert canceled for 85-year-old man last seen leaving Goodwill in Gastonia
UPDATE: The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has canceled the Silver Alert for Carson.

A Silver Alert was issued Monday night for a missing Gastonia man who may be suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
Clyde Ray Carson, 85, of Clover, South Carolina, was last seen at the Goodwill on Union Road.

Carson is 6 feet tall and weighs 222 pounds.
He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, bluejeans and white tennis shoes.

He was driving a silver Scion with the South Carolina tag RJI675.
