  1. A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Dallas man who was last seen on Saturday morning. Fulton Plouche, 86, had been at the 1700 Block of Eastcliff Drive before he was reported missing. He is described as having white hair and brown eyes, and weighing about 127 pounds, according to Dallas police. (KXXV News Channel 25)

  2. As part of its efforts to bring new business into the city, Dallas is planning to launch a new Economic Development Corporation in 2022. City council member Tennell Atkins says the corporation will allow them to move faster in business recruitment because it will require "less red tape and bureaucracy than a city department." The council hopes to name a board of directors in early 2022 and begin the hiring process for an executive director in the spring. (WFAA.com)

  3. This weekend, several Dallas health and wellness, healthcare, and food companies gathered at the Cornerstone Baptist Church to spread holiday cheer to local residents experiencing homelessness. Roots Food Group, UT Southwestern Medical Center, Gordon Food Service, Parkland Hospital, and Restaurant Depo partnered up to provide free healthcare services, warm meals and to-go food packages, clothing, and other resources to those in need.   4. Two Dallas ISD varsity boys' basketball teams are facing off this afternoon. The W.H. Adamson High School Leopards will play the Seagoville High School Dragons in an away game today at 1 p.m. Fan attendance may still be limited at certain games due to the pandemic, so if you plan to watch the game, reach out to the host venue for guidance on admission.
