Simone Biles has been busy on her Gold Over America tour, but the gymnastics GOAT just got a much-deserved day off. Naturally, she made good use of her downtime.

Simone shared some pics on Instagram of herself enjoying a little QT. There’s Simone hanging out in a black tank and mini skirt by a palm tree, and Simone posing by a stack of bright towels. “Day off = ur local pool girl,” she joked in the caption. Simone looks amazing in the pics, naturally, and it’s kinda hard to miss the fact that her legs look super toned.

Plenty of people in the comments noticed, too. “Gorgeous legs 🔥❤️,” one wrote. “With muscle tone for days 😍,” another said.

Of course, Simone didn’t get those pose-worthy legs by sitting on her butt. She previously told Women's Health that she usually spends five or six hours a day (not a typo) training at the gym. But that’s not all she does to stay fit—she also throws some cross-training in the mix.

"We swam twice a week—almost a mile!" she told Women’s Health before the 2016 Olympics. "I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello.”

Simone said that she likes doing leg-strengthening exercises “because those exercises come pretty easily to me.” She continued, “I have good, powerful legs, so I can do conditioning and they won't be too sore.” (Her least favorite area to work on? Her abs.)

The 24-year-old is a healthy eater (because, hello, professional athlete here), “I do not track anything,” she told WH. "I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym.”

Simone might eat a light breakfast of oatmeal or fruit, and a protein shake after her first workout, she told WH. When dinner and lunch roll around, she will decide whether to order in or cook her own meal. When she home chefs, "it's usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill,” she said.

Pass the chicken.
