The Sims 4 reveals first look at new Kits releasing this week
The Sims 4 has unveiled the next two Kits being added to the game, sharing a first look at them while confirming a release date.
Grunge Revival and Book Nook Kits will be out on Thursday, June 1, and will offer further ways for players to customise their Sims' look and homes.
As the name suggests, the Grunge Revival Kit is a Create-a-Sim (CAS) release that adds a range of grunge-inspired items.
From baggy hoodies to faded jeans, the Kit comes with plenty of options to "create comfortable yet stylish alternative looks and bring new energy to everyday looks".

On the other hand, the Book Nook Kit is a Build Buy Kit that essentially allows Simmers to build their dream library or reading space.
In addition to stackable bookshelves and new ways to litter a room with books, the Kit features window seating, cushy sofas, and other furniture that can help to create the perfect quiet spot in the house.

These two Kits will be out on the usual platforms: PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
They follow the release of the Greenhouse Haven and Basement Treasure Kits, which launched last month. The four Kits were initially teased as part of a roadmap for April to June that carried the theme of 'home'.
Not much is known about what's next for the game after this week — but we do know that at least two more Kits are in the works. Earlier in May, two official polls went live, allowing Simmers to decide the theme of one CAS Kit and one Build Buy Kit.
The voting has since closed, though we should get the results at some point soon.
The Sims 4 is available on PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
