Singer-songwriter Eric Hutchinson bringing solo tour to Café Eleven in St. Augustine Beach

New York-based performer Eric Hutchinson’s announced new tour stops in the Southeast include St. Augustine Beach.

The first of the added shows is an acoustic solo performance at 8 p.m. Nov. 17, 2022, at Café Eleven in St. Augustine Beach.

Admission is $40 in advance, $50 on day of show or $70 for a VIP ticket which includes reserved table seating and a meet and greet with Hutchinson following the show. Tickets are on sale now at eventbrite.com.

Some of the other cities added to his tour include Savannah, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Franklin, Virginia.

Hutchinson released an EP, “SING ALONG! with Eric Hutchinson,” on Aug. 5. A deluxe version of the EP was released Sept. 16.

His eighth studio album includes six new gospel-inspired songs. The recording made in New York City features Ian Allison on bass, Jimmy Coleman on percussion, Veronica Frommer-Stewart on vocals, Caleb Hawley on vocals, Clyde Lawrence on keyboard, Melanie Nyema on vocals and Wayne Tucker on trumpet.

Hutchinson, who has been performing since 2003, plays guitar and piano. Some of his hits include “Watching You Watch Him” and “Rock & Roll.” His debut album “Sounds Like This” reached No. 1 in the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart on Sept. 22, 2007.

He has performed with Kelly Clarkson, Michael Franti, Amos Lee, Ingrid Michaelson, Jason Mraz, Matt Nathanson, O.A.R. and Phillip Phillips.
