Sisqo Records 'Thong Song' Remix In Honor Of LeBron James

Sisqo wants the world to know that LeBron James is his No. 1 pick for this year’s NBA MVP Award with a new remix of the “Thong Song.”

In honor of King James’ quest for the coveted award, the R&B crooner teamed up with Fox Sports media personality Colin Cowherd for the world premiere of the “LeBron Song” on Thursday. The minute-plus parody track kicks off with the singer declaring, “This thing right here is letting everybody know who should be the MVP,” before denouncing some of this year’s leading MVP candidates, including Houston Rockets’ James Harden, Oklahoma City Thunder’s Russell Westbrook and San Antonio Spurs’ Kawhi Leonard.

While he did preview Kendrick Lamar’s new album, “DAMN,” on Instagram ― in preparation for his upcoming playoff series against the Indiana Pacers ― LeBron has yet to comment on the Sisqo track.

James is currently the No. 3 favorite behind Westbrook and Harden to win the 2017 MVP Award, according to NBA.com. Sisqo will have to wait with the rest of us until June 26, when the NBA will announce this year’s MVP during a televised award show on TNT.

Check out Sisqo’s “LeBron Song” in the clip above.
