The world of Facebook Marketplace can be a bit of a precarious place for automotive enthusiasts. Sure the site is a great tool for searching for your next daily driver or weekend toy, but it is also full of some seriously strange machines. Take this 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 for example, which has undergone a wild six-door conversion.

This extra extended-cab pickup doesn’t look like an entirely janky build that was tossed together in a day. The panel gaps appear to match the whole way down the truck, which suggests someone took some amount of care when welding this thing. Furthermore, the interior treatments appear as if they could have come straight from General Motors, with color-matched seating and carpet completing the new third row. The builder of this monstrosity went so far as to make the second row of seats swivel, allowing for socialization with third-row occupants on the move. It may be a tremendously silly vehicle, but someone took building this truck very seriously.

Under the hood of the Silverado sits a 6.6-liter Duramax LBZ diesel V-8 engine, which produces up to 360 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque in stock form. That said, the photos of this vehicle clearly highlight a Bully Dog tuner, suggesting the owner has made some performance-minded tweaks. That is no surprise considering that the LBZ is one of the most sought-after diesel engines among hardcore truck fans. This particular example has only traveled some 95,000 miles since new, which might just help to sweeten the deal with potential buyers.

Perhaps that mileage figure is part of the reason why the seller is asking $60,000 for the pleasure of owning this Silverado 3500. Or maybe the seller just really liked the sound of $10,000 per door. Either way, this six-door Silverado 3500 is currently being offered for sale in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. If you're struggling to find a large family hauler during the supply chain crisis, look no further.
